He was so patient with me as I am a very indecisive person at times. He didn't try to rush me or push me into buying something I was not quite ready for. A lot of other dealerships will make you feel like you are wasting their time if you don't exactly know what you are shopping for at the moment. I feel like I need to see and try out several cars before I know exactly what I want and feel like I'm making the right choice, after all this is a HUGE financial commitment. Mike sincerely seemed to understand my process and made me feel comfortable and never once made me feel like I was wasting his time. If I have a choice between two cars and one of them is at The Peak Kia dealership then I will be buying at Peak. I hope I get Mike T. to help me buy my car too. Thank you. More

I went in to the dealership with my guard up as most people d I had the pleasure of working with Mike Topolopsky when purchasing my 2016 Kia Sportage. I went in to the dealership with my guard up as most people do, but Mike made it very comfortable and easy. It felt more like I was discussing my thoughts and concerns with a friend who just happened to be knowledgable and have the right hook ups in the vehicle world. I expressed my interested in two different vehicles and told him I needed to think about it for a while. He encouraged me that taking time was the smart choice and sent me an email comparing and contrasting the two vehicles in order to make an educated choice. Honestly, I looked around at different dealerships but Mike and Peak Kia had proven to have the best deals and had earned my trust. I knew he had my best interest in mind and wanted me in the car that was best for me and my lifestyle. Mike and Sean made the purchase fun and effortless as well as giving me a better deal than I could have ever imagined, considering I was trading in a car with a loan I was upside down on and into a safe, reliable car I can afford. I couldn't be happier with my investment in my vehicle and am beyond satisfied that I get to go back to Peak Kia to manage all of my vehicle needs and see my new friends.
