Service department not very impressive. Service writer doesn't return calls. takes a long time to get an appointment for service, like over a month. I had a recall with a part that had to be replaced. I was given an appt. several months out. I called 2 weeks prior and I was moved up a week which was great. I got there on time, everyone was extre I was given an appt. several months out. I called 2 weeks prior and I was moved up a week which was great. I got there on time, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. The work was completed in the time I was quoted. I wasn't harassed about any other work that needed to be done (I take good care of my car) . I was very pleased with the service. Thank You. More

Usually very excellent service (over 5 times) but the last time I had to immediately return to shop after a mile or so out when my truck started "bucking" the whole time. I called service to have someone last time I had to immediately return to shop after a mile or so out when my truck started "bucking" the whole time. I called service to have someone come out to my location to evaluate my issue but nobody at the service dept. answered my phone calls. I made it back slowly (truck bucking the whole time) to the shop, and the issue was found and repaired in less than 10 minutes after arriving It was discovered that the air intake hose was mistakenly left unconnected to the carburetor. More
