I had a recall with a part that had to be replaced. I was given an appt. several months out. I called 2 weeks prior and I was moved up a week which was great. Usually very excellent service (over 5 times) but the last time I had to immediately return to shop after a mile or so out when my truck started "bucking" the whole time. I called service to have someone come out to my location to evaluate my issue but nobody at the service dept. answered my phone calls. I made it back slowly (truck bucking the whole time) to the shop, and the issue was found and repaired in less than 10 minutes after arriving It was discovered that the air intake hose was mistakenly left unconnected to the carburetor. More
