This visit was much better than the last time I was there. The last visit (16 March 2022) cost Koons and Ford my Business for Tires, Brakes, Shocks, and Oil Changes due to the floor guy berating me there. The last visit (16 March 2022) cost Koons and Ford my Business for Tires, Brakes, Shocks, and Oil Changes due to the floor guy berating me for puling up and stopping under the bay door. There was a car directly in front of me. I was also in the lane that he told me to pull in to. Behind the car! After telling him I needed an oil change and was in need of tires, I was again berated for not scheduling an appointment. This was at 8:30ish in the morning. I was told I would not be able to get an oil change that day since it wasn't scheduled. I've never scheduled oil changes on any visit. On my visit 1/31/23, I walked across your lot looking for either a Ranger or a Maverick. I also went through your show room passing many of your staff and sales associates. Not one person could say hello or offer assistance. Is that the culture at Koons now? I've bought my last two vehicles there. I don't know if there will be a third... The only part of my visit worth positive was Mr. Treas. He was personable, polite, and professional. He explained what needed to be done (Factory Recall) and gave me a fair time estimate. Koons was quicker than expected. He squared me away and answered what questions I may have had. More

Mike Mattson is/was concerned with any issue I had/have. He's of the opinion, when your happy he's happy. That's a good business relationship. His obligation to me and the corporation is fair.
