From the moment i walked into Novak i was impressed. The facility is so clean you can eat off the floor!!! While walking around the showroom we were looking at a bunch of different models. As we were walking around looking a few of the staff members made sure our questions were answered and as soon as we found “the one” they were quick to help us seamlessly transfer out of our old car and into the new one. Scott got the ball rolling immediately and made it so easy. Frank made the financing seem effortless and before we knew it we had our new keys in our hands and we were rolling out the door!! All the cars on the floor were super clean and sanitized, too! I highly recommend dropping by Novak if you’re in the market. By far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a car! More
