Then I dealt with Mike Uhlman and James Merrill who were accommodating in my desire to "test drive" the MDX for a night. They didn't pressure me in to making a deal and were willing to help find the right price point for me. Very nice, thorough and responsive. He was charming and the entire dealership provides a warm, welcoming, knowledgeable culture. On pick up day, as I opened the driver's door, I discovered a single red rose! Awesome touch and yes, I felt mighty special. Mike again spent time to make sure we had an initial handle on all of the features, accessories, and tech of the vehicle. Joe Greenberg handled all of the paperwork with organization and ease - never felt the process was tedious. James Merrill introduced himself and chatted for a bit when we arrived for a test drive and preview. When we picked up the vehicle, Peter Reeve greeted us and introduced himself. He took us on a test drive on a great route that enabled me to get a good feel of vehicle.
