Mike has a wonderful personality and goes up and above your average salesman. He even delivered the 2014 Lincoln to our home as my husband was in a hospital in Cleveland for 2 weeks. He showed me the basic operation and invited us back to the dealership to receive useful instructions. I picked the vehicle I wanted and Mike made sure I received everything that I requested and made the sale very easy for me. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle and I was treated with respect. Mike accomodated my work schedule to make sure I received the vehicle and took a lot time and patience go over the features of the vehicle.
