Mike has a wonderful personality and goes up and above your average salesman. He even delivered the 2014 Lincoln to our home as my husband was in a hospital in Cleveland for 2 weeks. He showed me the basic operation and invited us back to the dealership to receive useful instructions. He shares his knowledge and we will continue working with Mike on future purchases as we love Lincolns! He represents his company well! More

I picked the vehicle I wanted and Mike made sure I received everything that I requested and made the sale very easy for me. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle and I was treated with respect. Mike accomodated my work schedule to make sure I received the vehicle and took a lot time and patience go over the features of the vehicle. I will highly recommend Mike and Klaben to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle in the future.
