I originally went to Honda of Tenafly just to compare with a Prius. But once I began talking with Lidia Vilela, I began to consider more options. Lidia was knowledgeable about the car. She found answers the kayak rack. She showed me the car's abilities in a test drive. End result: I am enjoying new adventures in my new Insight. More

Great Dealership-Car Shopping Done Right Matthew (Matt) was very professional from the moment I walked into the dealership! The first time I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately as Matthew (Matt) was very professional from the moment I walked into the dealership! The first time I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately asked if I wanted any help, that day I test drove a few different cars, I was happy with all that I tried and there was a decent selection to choose from there. The second time I went into the dealership it was a crazy holiday and a Saturday, so the dealership was abuzz with activity. I texted Matt earlier that morning letting him know I was going to stop in the dealership to hash out a deal. I was delayed due to circumstances beyond my control. Matt's boss saw him sitting idle and made him take another customer while waiting for me. I arrived at the dealership and I had to wait quite a while because he was helping that customer out. I didn't mind it much at first, but then it seemed it was taking longer than anyone expected. Immediately after my car was towed away at the site of an accident and later was deemed totaled, so I needed a new car that day essentially. The other customer needed a car, but it wasn't urgent. Another salesperson could have helped the other customer, there was a salesperson sitting around and appeared to be doing nothing! Matt did everything in his power to make waiting less annoying. I really liked the massaging chairs, they made waiting tolerable! Matt had to switch between helping me and another customer with her son. The fact that he was helping both of us at the same time made his job less efficient. The other customer finally agreed to get her car another time later in that day. I felt, overall I enjoyed my experience with Matt and the dealership personnel, but really did not like at all the fact I had to wait hours upon hours to buy a car. I realize that there is a process to when you buy a car (whether it is new or used), but this process needs to be looked at and remedied in my opinion! More
