As a return customer to Bill Voltz's dealership, my wife and I are always amazed at the courteous and professionalism of the Employees. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Steve and Mike over the last 3 years purchasing new vehicles. I feel like we all know each other for a long time because as soon as I walk in they greet me like a long time friend, which kind of makes you feel special. Steve and Mike have always given me the best price available. Over the 3 plus years, even when I have had service done on my Jeeps, it has been a very positive experience. Dave in Service, like both Steve and Mike is also like a long time friend, as he is just as friendly and professional and always takes care of my jeeps in a timely manner. Once again, the overall experience has been very positive, as I know some people, and myself in the past, didn't like going to purchase a new vehicle as you felt overwhelmed, but not here, they work with you ! I hate buying cars! I'm a cynic and always feel that I will be "taken for a ride" at a dealership, I don't trust car sales people period. However, I have to admit that I was having a hard time not likin I will be "taken for a ride" at a dealership, I don't trust car sales people period. They made everything so easy and answered my questions so clearly without a lot of mumbo jumbo or "hard selling." it was a pleasure doing business with them…. If I was actually "taken for a ride" and don't know it, it was an enjoyable one:) More

This is was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. The service was friendly and the staff was extremely knowledgable. I went in a Monday and had my car by Wednesday with very little car dealership. The service was friendly and the staff was extremely knowledgable. Came in on holiday weekend and got a good deal on a 2010 Avenger. Vinny did a good job of getting the price down to where I needed it. My only issue was the car was not clean when I picked it up, Mike and V Avenger. Vinny did a good job of getting the price down to where I needed it.
