Everything should be this pleasant! If only every buying experience was this easy! We called the dealership at 8:30 am to confirm that they had a specific Wrangler in stock...they did. We took the 1+ hour ride to this dealership, traded in our current car, and drove home with exactly what we wanted. Steve was excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Mike was equally as wonderful, explaining the finances of the deal. The auto industry should look to these guys on how to deal with customers. We adults in our 40's, having bought 10+ cars over the past 20 years. This was our BEST experience of them all! More

Misleading sales people and unexpected changes at the time of finance were often cause for dismay and anger, however, that was not the case at Bill Volz. Our experience there was quite the opposite. My lease was soon to be up on my Toyota Hylander and I was not sure if I was going to lease another Toyota or go with Jeep. I had priced the Jeeps elsewhere and thought they were out of my price range. On a whim I decided to walk into Bill Volz and had the pleasure of meeting Chris. He was very polite and listened to what I wanted and where I needed to be money wise. I had never walked into a dealer by myself but Chris made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I went back a couple of days later to make a deal.Chris had the day off, and I did not want to give my business to another salesman but was assured that Steve and Chris worked together. Steve was just as helpful, polite and courteous as Chris. I hope when my lease is up in three years these two fine young men are still there so I may do business with them again. Thank you Chris and Steve for a wonderful experience (for a change). More

I feel like we all know each other for a long time because as soon as I walk in they greet me like a long time friend, which kind of makes you feel special. Steve and Mike have always given me the best price available. Over the 3 plus years, even when I have had service done on my Jeeps, it has been a very positive experience. Dave in Service, like both Steve and Mike is also like a long time friend, as he is just as friendly and professional and always takes care of my jeeps in a timely manner. Once again, the overall experience has been very positive, as I know some people, and myself in the past, didn't like going to purchase a new vehicle as you felt overwhelmed, but not here, they work with you !
