Worked with Christopher on two occasions. First was a test drive of a truck seen on the lot in May but wasn't ready to purchase yet. When I was ready to buy, the first truck was gone as was the one that I popped in to see but he had another that was of interest. Test drove and purchased a used F-150 from this dealership about 10 days ago. The vehicle was a CPO, which means dealer will supply two keys but only one was available. He told me that I could come by in two days and he would have one for me. I met him two days later as agreed and he had the key programmed and cut and the detailer gave it a quick clean. I mentioned the box cleats keys were missing and he offered to get them and mail them when they came in. Received them today and they were right the first time. Financing with Mike was a breeze and we were out the door with the F-150 in about three hours from test drive to homeward bound. I didn't even get writer's cramp signing any inordinate amount of paperwork. I traded my old truck and got a fair price. They chose to list it for sale themselves and and it is apparent the price offered to me was fair. All in all, this has been the best purchase experience I can ever recall at a dealership. I've had prior trucks serviced there and I'll be back in future if I need to purchase another vehicle. Thanks Chris and Mike! More
