Salesman was knowledgeable. GM overly aggressive on price. First quote $6075 over MSRP. Said "dealer accessories" were $750 dollars. Only accessories added were Cargo Tray and C GM overly aggressive on price. First quote $6075 over MSRP. Said "dealer accessories" were $750 dollars. Only accessories added were Cargo Tray and Cargo Cover which I calculated as part of the $26620 MSRP for an Ioniq Hybrid SE that he over priced $6075 dollars at $32695 hand written on first offer. Finance guy terrible. We have not received any paperwork regarding financing in 13 days. Not even copies of anything signed. Day 12 he calls to change agreed upon terms on no payment for 90 days 0 % for 60 month Hyundai financing. He should have known when we signed that he could not do those terms. No payment for 90 days only available for 48 month term. He is the finance guy. You can't tell me he didn't know the Hyundai financing terms at a Hyundai dealership. And now will not return my phone calls. Can only leave a message with receptionist since his mailbox is full. Poor overall experience. More

Mike did a great job getting us a vehicle within the timeframe we needed to have it by. They went to a partner dealership and pickup up a new vehicle and had it to us in time to surprise the person we b timeframe we needed to have it by.
