I’m thinking Justus is just an acronym for “just us” as in white people. My wife who is black and I (white) stopped by to look at several models of Subarus they had advertised. None of the several rude and unfriendly employees there even acknowledged our existence let alone asked if we needed any help yet several white couples came and were promptly waited on. Needless to say we left and spent our money somewhere else where they appreciated our business. We have never seen or even heard of a car dealership treating anyone the disrespectful way we were treated by Doug “Just Us” More

Ok car, not so good in honesty People were friendly enough and will sit down and try to work with you. We were working off of an insurance case where our previous car was totaled an People were friendly enough and will sit down and try to work with you. We were working off of an insurance case where our previous car was totaled and the insurance check was being held by the bank. We worked out a deal to post date two checks with different dates, post dated, to allow time for the insurance check to be released from hold (two different amounts to be released because it was a large deposit.) On the first date, this past Friday the 20th, they decided to go ahead and deposit both the checks in spite of our agreement. Luckily we were able to cover it. It was spelled out by our salesmen and agreed to on paper. - Most May not be able to get a deal like this worked out or even talked about and is specific to our circumstances, but it promotes a level of dishonesty and distrust in them. I won’t recommend them to another and I will not be back. More

The right place for me! I loved the no pressure, no hassle, friendly staff! We stopped in on a Sunday after visiting several dealerships and I was tired and wasn’t feeling li I loved the no pressure, no hassle, friendly staff! We stopped in on a Sunday after visiting several dealerships and I was tired and wasn’t feeling like really looking at another car and the gentleman sales associate greeted us and told us if he could help to come back and let him know. We looked around and left. However, I was more refreshed on Tuesday, and had liked what I saw on Sunday and the way we were treated that I dragged my son and husband back and found my “new to me” car! With the help of Paul Honebrink the experience was painless, and easier then I anticipated. They even helped pay for gas in the car I purchased because they already closed their pumps. Now that is service above and beyond the normal. I’ve already told family and friends to start their shopping for cars there if they are looking. Seriously, keep up the good work Doug Justus employees; it is rare to find a company with great public relations! More
