I stopped by and looked at the first one but decided to wait and see the other one. It arrived on the lot on the 16th. I went by and looked at it. Brought my husband by on the 18th and we made the trade. No pressure and Mike made sure the vehicle was cleaned up and ready. Mike was a gem to work with and Tyler made the financing quick and easy. I had gone to several dealerships within a 12 day period of time and they tried selling me things I didn't need or want. Didn't listen to what I was looking for, tried ripping me off by changing the terms and some caused such havoc on my credit because they used old addresses off of my credit report that the dealership ran. And the other dealerships gave me such a hard time with me wanting to transfer my tags that were from another State. I walked away from 3 sales purchased because of it. I have always purchased Toyota's and I am pleasantly surprised with my Cadillac XT5 Luxury vehicle. Also the manager Michael Weildman was very helpful also even after the sale when I needed a document for my regestration for out of State. I never thought I would end up with a Cadillac when I was out looking at Acura's, Audi's and Lexus's. I'm so glad I stopped in at Donovan's. More
