Our salesman Jim Pearce was very friendly & knowledgeable about our vehicle. His approach is very non-pressure because he wants his customers to be happy & satisfied with their long term purchase. He also patiently spent alot of time showing us how the different features worked. We hadn't purchased a newer vehicle in 12 years & were kind of dreading the process. Turns out unnecessarily so because we were also treated very well by Tyler Conrad in finance. We were in on a Friday evening close to closing time but Tyler was professional & friendly & also took time to patiently answer our questions & not make us feel rushed in any way. We will highly recommend Donovan's to anyone we know who's in the market for a car. Thank you all so much!! More

I had been referred to Donovan's by a good friend and my son, who has his truck serviced there. I told Mike what I was looking for, and having gotten on line, found a 2016 Toyota that peaked my interest. He showed me the car, and said it was also in black, and added there was one more, and we looked at the one I bought. When you have good assistance, questions answered, and find the car in the color with appropriate mileage, why look any further. Only confusion seems to start getting in the way. I was very pleased with the car, my son drove it, and agreed on the choice. So, I'm excited to have the newer car in my garage, and thank you, Mike, for all of your respectful attention on my behalf.
