I had been referred to Donovan's by a good friend and my son, who has his truck serviced there. I told Mike what I was looking for, and having gotten on line, found a 2016 Toyota that peaked my interest. He showed me the car, and said it was also in black, and added there was one more, and we looked at the one I bought. When you have good assistance, questions answered, and find the car in the color with appropriate mileage, why look any further. Only confusion seems to start getting in the way. I was very pleased with the car, my son drove it, and agreed on the choice. So, I'm excited to have the newer car in my garage, and thank you, Mike, for all of your respectful attention on my behalf. More
