To whom it may concern We bought a 2014 Volkswagen end it had a recall on the water pump since we bought the car and had a service or you dealership for everything. I submitted my paperwork and they denie it had a recall on the water pump since we bought the car and had a service or you dealership for everything. I submitted my paperwork and they denied me because of one of your invoices you had on there. that I requested for you to look at and you charge me for it so when I submitted my paperwork I put that amount not realizing that was a problem, but to no avail they were not tell me the truth we had two water pumps. Replace one was for free and the other one I had to pay About $800. This is been going on for two years. I don’t think it’s fair that I have to go to this trouble to get my money even though your company had a recall on a failure water pump I would appreciate. if you can do something with this matter thank you P.S. I ordered an ID4 through Naples VW although I live in Lehigh Acres. I met Jay R who was very helpful throughout the 6 month process.
