So I had the oil change, tire rotation and the air filter change on their recommendation. After leaving the dealership, the car lost all power about a mile from the dealership. It recovered and seemed to be change on their recommendation. After leaving the dealership, the car lost all power about a mile from the dealership. It recovered and seemed to be alright. I stopped at a store and picked up a few things and tried to restart the car upon leaving. It wouldn’t start and finally did after several tries. I limped it home with no power and a check engine light on now. I called the dealership and told them what happened after I left. They said they would send a technician to my house to take a look. The technician arrived at my home in about 30 minutes from about 15 miles away and ran the code the car was showing. It was something with the mass airflow sensor. He reset it and we tested the car and all seemed OK. He left and the car sat for about an hour before I tried to restart and move the car. It was sputtering again. So 5+ for the response to my house to try and correct the problem. You’re not going to get that from most dealerships. I’m pretty miffed that the car went in running fine and came out of routine service with the problem. Hopefully, follow up from mark Allen gmc will get the problem resolved! The biggest part of buying into a dealership with car purchases is how the service department handles the issues after the sale of a new car and we’re shopping. More

We took my car in making a squeaky noise. They had it diagnosed, called to let us know what it was and that it was covered under a special warranty, and fixed all within a couple hours.
