Outstanding Customer Service I've bought many vehicles in the past. This was my first time to Jim Butler. By far, I am beyond impressed by Robert's enthusiasm to help. There was absolutely no pressure by Robert to buy the vehicle. The price negotiated was exactly the same going into finance. I talked to Mike Z. before going into finance, I was aware of payment, interest, before hand, there were no surprises walking in or out.
