We recently purchased a 2024 Titan Pro-4X from Nissan of Cookeville, traveling from Charleston, SC (nearly 500 miles) to do so because of great iteraction & straight forward pricing from dealership staff. We primarily worked with Mikey Delk from internet sales team who communicated very well from initial contact, throughout buying experience, and even following afterwards using email, text, & phone; providing pricing options, answering questions, and ensuring vehicle pickup was efficient & seemless. Also, David Halloway from finance was extremely informative & patient to explain financing details and other available packages such as maintenance to consider in support of new vehicle purchase (without being pushy). I commend dealership for not forcing customers to purchase dealer added packages as part of vehicle purchase but truly making them optional.
