Service department does not have their act together. Dealership sold me the extended warranty when I bought the car. When I bought it the warranty salesman told me I was covered if a rock hit my windshi Dealership sold me the extended warranty when I bought the car. When I bought it the warranty salesman told me I was covered if a rock hit my windshield and it needed to be replaced. That happened and the windshield cracked 3/4 the way across the windshield. They pulled out the fine print that said only a crack 6” or less was covered. Once Southern Kia has your warranty money, they don’t want to cover anything!! Totally unsatisfied with the service department. They don’t have their act together. More
