At Capo VW, the service is personal and very detailed with fantastic communication. I have texts and emails with video updates if I choose, before any work is done, followed by a phone call. Service is prompt and I'm never nervous about a pricetag because I know I'm getting any specials they can apply. Now I have 2 cars from Capo VW because I love their service. More

VW Jetta purchase on 11/3/2019 My experience at Capo VW spans last Saturday evening into Sunday. Dropped off my leased vehicle with Richard on Saturday and he was very accommodating My experience at Capo VW spans last Saturday evening into Sunday. Dropped off my leased vehicle with Richard on Saturday and he was very accommodating with the drop off and did not pressure us to buy or lease anything new. We came back on Sunday to ultimately purchase a Jetta (which is running great so far) and we were pleased with how knowledgeable and helpful Richard and everyone at the dealer was. The whole transaction and negotiation was very transparent and could not have been any easier. My dad and I like how Capo VW does business and expect to be back in the future. More

Super job by all involved! Car found! Great team of people at the dealership working together to accomplish finding the perfect color car with all the options that we needed. Fantastic Golf R Purchase Experience at Capo VW Overall experience with this purchase was the best purchase process I've gone through with any of my cars. The Golf R is a tough car to come by, so I Overall experience with this purchase was the best purchase process I've gone through with any of my cars. The Golf R is a tough car to come by, so I put a deposit down and knew I had a wait in store. Steve Skinner and the team (Nick Colucci & Miles Brandon) updated me along the way with any info they had. As the arrival date got closer random delays (caused by issues out of Capo VW's control) kept popping up they were updating me daily with whatever info they came across. They were definitely looking out for me and were as excited for me to get my car as I think I was. Paul Clark in finance was great too as he was able to get me a very low rate on my purchase. Overall I can't recommend this team enough, and the icing on the cake was they were one of the few dealers in all of Southern California that weren't charging mark ups on this hard to get car. Thanks Guys! More
