Excellent Sales and Service I bought a used van from Allan Nott. The entire process was painless and a breeze. I even took my 6 yr old son with me. There was no pressure during any point of the sale. Brodey and Miles were very quick with negotiating and kept things going smoothly. My van was "as is" so I under stood the risks involved with buying. I think it came with 1 month or 1000 miles. After 3.5 months of driving and a few trips to a different, less than adequate dealership (Thayer Bowling Green, Ohio) to resolve a vibration problem, Thayer couldn't figure it out and so I called Allan Nott explaining the issue. Allan Nott Honda service fixed the issue and the van has never driven as smooth as it does today (since I've owned it). Not only did Cody and his team at Allan Nott diagnose the issue but they were also very generous in helping with the costs. Even though my vehicle had been sold as is Allan Nott went above and beyond my expectations to help me out. I will gladly be returning to Allan Nott for future purchases. I've never had a better experience with a dealership! More

Problem solved! I came to Allan Nott because a car I just purchased 2 months earlier was now showing some serious mechanical problems. I met Avery Van Hassel who imme I came to Allan Nott because a car I just purchased 2 months earlier was now showing some serious mechanical problems. I met Avery Van Hassel who immediately recognized there was a potentially dangerous issue in the cv/ transmission of my car. I had a limited budget but he and the team at Allan Nott were able to get me out of that bad vehicle and into a much nicer and mechanically sound Honda. Thanks, Avery! More

Excellent customer service! Tyler told us all the details of the car when we went for a test drive. Tyler made sure we were completely satisfied. The professionalism and kindness he portrayed was unforgettable, even after we bought the car. We weren't planning on buying a car that day, but when we were sure we wanted to buy that car, they let us take the car home that day before we really bought it. They filled the gas tank and cleaned the car before we left the lot. We saw a few scratches on the car, and one of the speakers wasn't working. They said as long as we would let them take the car for a few days, they would fix everything for us, and they did. Tyler went out of his way to get the car from my husbands workplace, then brought it back at the end of the workday. He did that a few days until it was perfect for us. He gave us a car to use over the weekend because it took a little longer than was expected. Before he brought the car back to us, he had it washed and filled up the gas tank again. Tyler hand wrote an apology letter to us with a $50 gift card for the inconvenience. The scratches are gone and the radio works great! We are completely satisfied with our purchase. I never bought a car from Allan Nott Honda, but would definitely buy another car from them. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect for us. Tyler did a great job! More

Easy comfortable buying experience. We didn't have much time to shop for a used car for my wife because of the hours she works. I contacted Adam Bowers and made a appointment for Saturday morning. After a few test drives it was a easy decision to buy a 2012 Avalon. Adam made sure we saw the Carfax and the service done on the car. He then explained the finance and delivery process and while we were waiting or the paper work to be prepared I met with Jeff Souza and Rob Ward in the service department. They made us feel very confident in keeping our car maintained Alan Nott. The paperwork was handled by Josh Gould. He explained everything clearly and made some suggestions that made us feel even better about our purchase. What a nice guy! Alan Nott is a first class dealership. Adam was a great help,friendly and professional. I highly recommend him for your next vehicle. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the cars we drove.
