exceptional attention to issues and needed service I have owned and been with Toyota for over 38 years. We have purchased and serviced a total of eight (8) Toyota cars/trucks/vans from a single dealers I have owned and been with Toyota for over 38 years. We have purchased and serviced a total of eight (8) Toyota cars/trucks/vans from a single dealership in San Francisco since 1980. Although I live in Cupertino, all cars were serviced in SF since as a long time customer we recd an exceptional service. We brought our Sequoia for a routine service to Sunnyvale where I meet Millis Ishaoo for the 1st time. Millis has offered a level of personal attention, simplified explanation of the needed services, that I have not experienced in 38 years. . Millis is knowledge, fair, caring and maintains a constant communions and updates while our car is in service. Millis is an asset to those of us who are a car expert, busy, and time is a factor. Positive experience for my oil change service vist. Millis was straight forward with what I needed done for my 180k service. Very rude and not helpful I came in today with an appt at 8:30....it’s 10:50 and I’m barely getting my car..I couldn’t even go home because then I wouldn’t have a ride back to I came in today with an appt at 8:30....it’s 10:50 and I’m barely getting my car..I couldn’t even go home because then I wouldn’t have a ride back to the dealership... BS if my car is in service I should be able to get dropped off and picked up... my car wasn’t even fixed all they did was turn off a check engine light...now what wait till it turns back on again? So then they take more money from me and time? If I had an appt I expect to be in an out especially if nothin was fixed.. this dealership is BS thank you for wasting my time :) More

service i went to toyota dealer ship to service my car. Millis was great. he help me out and walk me through .he saw that my daughter is unhappy being in the i went to toyota dealer ship to service my car. Millis was great. he help me out and walk me through .he saw that my daughter is unhappy being in the dealership waiting , and what he did was what i was not excepting!!!! he ran and start helping me doing all the proper adjustments and even he came and check my engine himself, i will defiantly recommend him, because i am in service and sales too.
