A great car buying experience! I recently purchased a traded-in 4Runner from Mall of Georgia Mini and I had a great experience dealing with them. I first noticed the 4Runner on Aut I recently purchased a traded-in 4Runner from Mall of Georgia Mini and I had a great experience dealing with them. I first noticed the 4Runner on AutoTrader and immediately called the dealership where the receptionist transferred me to Milton. I asked if I could drive over from SC and test drive the 4Runner and Milton gave me several choices of times the next day that they could show me the vehicle. When I arrived, Milton introduced himself and after a few minutes of small talk, he introduced me to Patrick who showed me the car in detail and rode with me on a test drive. Patrick was great to work with and very personable and tried to answer all of my questions and the few that he couldn’t, he found someone in the service center that could. Once I decided I would like to purchase the car, I noticed there was no pushiness with coming up with a price. Patrick explained that they do not work off of commission so he did not feel pressured to push a price on me because he gets paid a certain amount for every car he sells regardless of the price. Once the price was agreed upon, I was introduced to Paul to finish the paperwork. Paul was very nice as well and with him, it was just a matter of signing a few forms while he explained what forms I was going to need when I returned to South Carolina to register my car there since I was buying out of state. While I did not go to the Mall of Georgia Mini to purchase one of their new cars, my overall used car buying experience with them was great and I would not hesitate to purchase a car from them in the future should I see something on their lot that I am interested in. More

The dealership it's self though is basically run like Carmax as far as pricing. The management is not wanting to negotiate, so don't waste your time. This is the first dealership in probably 15 car deals over the years where I felt like management doesn't really care about the customer, but rather they just want your money.
