My car got Towed there by accident. I called the next day the young lady who answered the phone is rude and unprofessional no help at all. Customer service is HORRIBLE. My car was a month old.. just stopped the young lady who answered the phone is rude and unprofessional no help at all. Customer service is HORRIBLE. My car was a month old.. just stopped working and I have to deal with rude nasty girl. She hung up the phone on me and lied saying she spoke with her manager. Please speak to this girl and teach her some respect because when you already have problems you don’t need to deal with a nasty girl answering phones.. there is a reason she just answers phones and will go nowhere in life. I scheduled My Service appointment a week in advance and once I arrived was greeted and told a service advisor would be with me. My vehicle has a issue either the start-stop battery. Which was supposed to once I arrived was greeted and told a service advisor would be with me. My vehicle has a issue either the start-stop battery. Which was supposed to be a quick fix. The repair took two days and many calls to the dealership requesting status. There was always an issue and they had to get back to me as the assigned mechanic was still working on my vehicle and having issues. The dealer decided to provide a loaner vehicle as they needed to run more extensive battery tests. I was really disappointed that a minor battery swap food the main and auxiliary battery’s needed two days to diagnose and fix. the dealership finally found the issue and corrected the start-stop issue and the vehicle is working as expected. I’m Disappointed that it took two day to fix a battery issue. I’ve never heard that a new battery must be charged, discharged and charged again to validate it working as expected. I’m happy my vehicle is fixed but the process and time to fix is disappointing. Also the additional service charge if you opt to use your credit card is disappointing in this day and age. I used my debit card to avoid the service fee but depending on the cost they may not have been a option did higher level of repairs and service. More
