Salesperson great, informative and humble not pushy and patient!! The finance person not as friendly too aggressive and I can see being a little aggressive to sale but it was a little over. Too much time s patient!! The finance person not as friendly too aggressive and I can see being a little aggressive to sale but it was a little over. Too much time spent in the dealer more then 5 hours waiting is a little too much. Car that I wanted the color was not available and the color that was available had other features I didn’t ask for and they wanted more money after settling in one amount!! More

I was very satisfied with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee.everything went smooth and my wife was happy.Had to bring the Jeep back two days afterward to install the remote start,I was told it would t Cherokee.everything went smooth and my wife was happy.Had to bring the Jeep back two days afterward to install the remote start,I was told it would take an hour or two but it was done about half hour,absolutely a pleasure!!!,Marisa was also a very big help.
