My experience was not pleasant. Sales department sold the vehicle with flat tire. Once the paperwork was done and vehicle was purchased, after a long wait they informed us to come back and pick up the purcha vehicle with flat tire. Why did they waste our time and sold us the vehicle with flat tire? They are so busy to work with the new customers who did not buy the vehicle yet. No time for the customers who have bought their vehicles already. Managers are not supportive there. Managers need to change their attitude and provide full support. More

Mirian was very professional and informative. she and Jessica kept me informed on when the parts were received and would be installed. Mirian offered me a loaner vehicle but I elected to have Richard to Jessica kept me informed on when the parts were received and would be installed.
