I bought my fourth Honda from this dealership and by far this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The staff is disrespectful managers Are unavailable and do not return phone calls. I was told at another Honda dealer that the CarPlay in the Honda needs to be upgraded to match phones that are upgraded constantly. More

Damian was nice and helpful at beginning. Once we started negotiations he seemed more about the sale. Lack of communication about lease buyout as he kept telling me the deal was being made because th started negotiations he seemed more about the sale.
