Would never recommend this dealership. Negotiated a price with Hector and came to an agreement on the maximum price for my Honda Civic. Shook my hand and told me congratulations. Got into the financial office to be told my MAXIMUM negotiated price didn’t include taxes and fees.... ok so what do you think maximum means? Very disappointed and definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Will not be purchasing from Honda of Freehold again. On another note, Hilda and Miriam were great. Update: Manager, Steve Gallo urged me to call him to discuss the matter further. When I called, he told me he would call me back. That was a week ago. When I called again, he didn’t pick up. I left a voicemail but have not heard back. Very unprofessional and rude. Very dissatisfied. Looks like the owner needs to clean house. More

Sam Fowler was incredibly accommodating. He helped us entirely outdoors because we felt uncomfortable going indoors due to Covid. Upon arrival, we took the CR-V for a test drive and then when we got back entirely outdoors because we felt uncomfortable going indoors due to Covid. Upon arrival, we took the CR-V for a test drive and then when we got back, Sam went over all the features of the car. He worked out a lease agreement that meets my budget and I am very thankful he liaised between me and his colleagues (finance, etc.) so that I did not have to go inside the dealership (they're following all protocols and I am sure it is safe but needed to minimize the risk). 10 out of 10 service from Sam and his colleague Miriam who we met when we returned to pick up the vehicle. Miriam showed me all of the car's features and made sure I was comfortable navigating them. She set me up for a great experience with my new CRV!!! I highly recommend working with Sam and Miriam. More
