Damian was nice and helpful at beginning. Once we started negotiations he seemed more about the sale. Would never recommend this dealership. Negotiated a price with Hector and came to an agreement on the maximum price for my Honda Civic. Shook my hand and told me congratulations. Got into the financial office to be told my MAXIMUM negotiated price didn’t include taxes and fees.... ok so what do you think maximum means? Very disappointed and definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Will not be purchasing from Honda of Freehold again. On another note, Hilda and Miriam were great. Update: Manager, Steve Gallo urged me to call him to discuss the matter further. When I called, he told me he would call me back. That was a week ago. When I called again, he didn’t pick up. I left a voicemail but have not heard back. Very unprofessional and rude. Very dissatisfied. Looks like the owner needs to clean house. More
