I inquired about the vehicle late night 8-9pm and immediately received a call from Miro, who was really exceptional from start to finish. He was able to work for me to get me close to my budget and get a fair value on my trade. He was very responsive through text/call and kept up with me the entire process. His manager Robbie, despite a slight hiccup with the trade, worked the numbers and made the deal happen anyway. The entire experience was great and I spent no more than 2 hours at the dealer, given I had submitted all my info online prior to arriving from Orlando. Miro was insisting on showing us every detail of the vehicle, but we were in a rush so he offered assistance via FaceTime, call or text if we needed. 10/10 car buying experience.
