Had some issues with my oil & Tire rotation Plan. I informed the Lead Assistant to let them know I had the Plan but it wasn’t honor due to not showing up in system. Really terrible experience. He was promptly pulled away from me by who I assume was a sales manager who told him, verbatim, "they aren't important they just walked in, finish your deal first thats not how we do things here". In addition, the manager (or whoever he was) did not have another salesperson come over to help me. Both were extremely wrong in their actions, absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. I walked out. I tried to give this dealership a second chance after the rebranding to Starks from Koppel, and after they completely botched a safety recall on my Taurus SHO (bolts were left loose on the rear suspension). Turns out I was a fool for giving them another chance, the extremely dirty cars on display outside the dealership tell the story before you even walk in the door. Never again. More
This past week, I tried to purchase a car from this dealer. I dealt with Mirza, who was very polite and friendly, despite my aggressive emails and texts, which I will explain. Now, they have had the car I wanted for 8 months and I really, REALLY wanted it. I signed and returned the PO from them on Monday and gave them a good-sized deposit, so they knew I was serious. All I asked for, before getting on a plane from Ohio to fly in and get the car, was for them to provide me, in writing, the APR and what my monthly payment would be. I wanted this in writing so I would go there and not get hit with a rate I would not pay and get stuck there. I believe this to be very reasonable. I asked for that info politely on Tuesday, more aggressively on Wednesday, and demanded until 2pm on Thursday, and they would not provide it, even knowing I had booked a flight to fly in on Friday morning to drive the car back to Ohio that same day. I told them that if I did not have that info by Thursday, 2pm, I would cancel my flight and buy elsewhere. All I got was lines of xx about NY having a law about not being able to discuss terms of a car deal on the phone! SUCH xx! They had no problem asking me to email photos of my license and credit card, but they could not email me or talk to me about financing?? Sounded REALLY shady to me, especially after telling me it had something to do with confidentiality. Yeah...right!! After all of this, I honestly didn't trust that they would do right by me on financing, knowing I was flying in and would be stuck there if I didn't take what they offered me. No one in their right mind would fly out of state without knowing all of the details of the sale and financing before hopping on a plane. I ended up buying a car in Michigan, over the phone, where I got all of the info I wanted within 90 minutes of contacting the dealer. Instead of flying, I drove the rental car I had up there and dropped it off with Enterprise, signed paperwork that was exactly as discussed and agreed upon the day before, and drove off happy. No wonder these people have cars on their lots after 8 months. They don't know how to conduct business. They DO know how to provide xx lies and excuses, though. Poor business practices. I just wonder how long it would have taken me to get everything done when I got there. Would I have sat there all day, waiting for someone to do their job? I'm glad I will never know. I'm now wondering how long it will take to get my deposit refunded to my card. Side note: I was also told that they were somewhat short on finance managers. Well, if that was the case, why wasn't my deal prioritized, knowing I was going to fly in from Ohio? I'm sure you're busy, but your staffing problem is not my problem. You guys had ample time, two and a half days!! You told me I was approved for the car, but would not tell me what the rate was? Really?? More

It was a very pleasant experience, I must say. I had a few months left on my Pathfinder and they were able to buy it out and get me into the vehicle of my choice [Ford Bronco Badlands].
