I hesitated in using the Concierge service. I just wanted to bring in my car, sit in the waiting room, pay and drive away. He wiped down the inside of my car after bring it back and handed me my keys with a sanitary wipe. Stephen called and advised me of options with my battery that tested in the red. He was able to get it replaced during this visit. I had an issue with the driver side windshield washer spray. After checking it out, he found that the hose was chewed thru. He gave me some suggestions to prevent critters from getting up under the hood. It was, as always, a great experience at Rudy Luther Toyota. More

My husband just spent three months in the hospital pre-COVID, so we are now quarantining big time. My car needed service and I had been putting it off because I couldn’t figure out how I could do it w pre-COVID, so we are now quarantining big time. My car needed service and I had been putting it off because I couldn’t figure out how I could do it without sitting in a waiting room or riding in a car with someone else. I should have known Rudy Luther had come up with a solution! Misha, masked and gloved, came and picked my car up and drove it to the dealership. They called within minutes to double check what I wanted done. When the car was finished, a link was sent with my invoice and a touchless method of payment. (Which actually wasn’t working that day, so I just wrote a check and gave it to Misha. Also an easy way to pay.) Misha returned my car, very thoroughly sanitizing both it and my keys before he gave everything back to me. Can’t overstate how impressed I was and how highly I would recommend this service! More

Love the concierge service! I used the concierge service for my regular service. Misha Spupica was prompt, super friendly, and attended to all of my needs. Misha was very careful with sterilizing the car when he was done. It was such a treat. I always appreciate that they wash the outside of the car.
