Extra patient and helpful Mitch was extremely patient and helpful with my mom, who has limited English but is very particular in her needs especially in a vehicle. He walked he Mitch was extremely patient and helpful with my mom, who has limited English but is very particular in her needs especially in a vehicle. He walked her through the trade in of her fifteen year old car and helped find the perfect new car for her. She was nervous about driving a different car but Mitch put her at ease with a sedan that was just the right amount of car for her--good size, not too big, with bells and whistles she wasn't accustomed to as they were an upgrade from what she had before but not too techy as to overwhelm her. She's excited about driving again and is happy to transport all her grandkids when she needs to! More
