Excellent service from start to finish & follow ups I just purchased my 3rd Kia from The Rock River Block & my 5th car from them for my family. When it comes time for buying a car it can be intimidating I just purchased my 3rd Kia from The Rock River Block & my 5th car from them for my family. PERSONAL SERVICE! (which is pretty rare) I found myself buying a 2017 Kia Soul after losing my trusty Toyota Tacoma in an icy accident on Dec 23.. boo hoooo.. I never would have parted with that truck.....BUT Mitch Edler spent a lot of personal time with us and made it less painful. He went over ALL of the details of the car, ( it was almost lke buying a new computer, it ahs so many bells and whistles - and he even synced my phone to my Bluetooth - but even better than that, he has remained in touch and is available for questions - MUCH APPRECIATED.
