The sales staff was great but the finance department is lacking customer service skills. When we decided to purchase and finance through Toyota credit, the finance representative (Mark) was unfriendly and lacking customer service skills. When we decided to purchase and finance through Toyota credit, the finance representative (Mark) was unfriendly and somewhat condescending! I expressed my concern to the sales manager (John) and he offered to have Mitch from finance call me. Mitch called several days later and was quite knowledgeable/pleasant on the phone. However, when we ended our conversation I requested a recap by email and additional information regarding extended warranties and have not received anything. Needless to say I am less than satisfied with my experience. More
