Sold product that was known to be defective Bought a 2108 Silverado that ‘the dealership” installed large tires and rims on. Salesman said it rubbed when turning. When I looked at it, it appeare Bought a 2108 Silverado that ‘the dealership” installed large tires and rims on. Salesman said it rubbed when turning. When I looked at it, it appeared to rub the inside wheel well. No problem I said that’s an easy fix. After I fixed that, it still rubbed. So I jacked it up and looked underneath. The oversized tires rubbed the sway arms. Not good!! Of course, even though the truck is still under warranty, I bought it “as is”...So service doesn’t matter. Not a good way to treat paying customers. More

So Happy Mitch went above and beyond to get me into a car that suited my needs. I went in looking for a small SUV. I test drive a few but they weren’t what I w Mitch went above and beyond to get me into a car that suited my needs. I went in looking for a small SUV. I test drive a few but they weren’t what I was looking for. He found me a Hyundai Santa Fe that was at the Andalusia lot. He had the car brought to Lucedale for me. As soon as I saw it, I LOVED it!!!! On Monday, Mitch worked with me over the phone and text to get the details and the financing in place. When I got off work and to the dealership at 6:10pm, all I had I do was sign the papers and the Santa Fe was mine. Thank you for making the process so easy breezy. I will definitely recommend Walt Massey to other people. Special shout out to Chris Smith for spending the time to talk to my son about the electric Bolt. He was fascinated with the car and enjoyed the conversation. More
