I am from the Atlanta area and my van broke down on I-16 on the way to Jekyll Island for the long weekend with a girlfriend and my dog. A gentleman stopped to see if he could help but it was obvious a hose on the way to Jekyll Island for the long weekend with a girlfriend and my dog. A gentleman stopped to see if he could help but it was obvious a hose must have busted and we were 10+ miles from Dublin. I used the App to try and get roadside assistance through my insurance. The response was 75-105 minutes and they could not transport people. It was going to be towed to the local Chrysler dealership. I called the dealership directly to see if they had towing and I am so thankful the dealership was Jimmy Britt! The service manager, Mitch, immediately understood we were stranded on a very hot day and needed help. He called the towing company they use, Watson Towing (not surprising they were top notch and did everything to accommodate us and help us), and they said they could be there within 20 minutes to tow us and his father would follow him so that we could be transported to the dealership. It was already 4:15 when we arrived the dealership and they got us in the air conditioned waiting area, warmly allowed my dog to join us, made sure we had cold water, a phone charger and were comfortable. They had a car they would allow us to rent but said they wanted to take a look and see what was going on and if they could take care of it right away. Mitch came back and said they didn’t have the part but found it locally and offered to get the part, stay late and get us back on the road. This is what customer service is all about and they were excellent! They went above and beyond to help 2 women and a dog get back on the road. Everyone was friendly and concerned for our well being. It not only put us at ease but also my husband that was 200+ miles away. They took what could have been a very stressful and upsetting experience and made it just a small detour in our trip! With no exaggeration, they made us feel like family! I know that God watched over us and sent us angels to watch over us, keep us safe and get us back on the road and they work at Jimmy Britt! I would recommend them to anyone needing a dealership in the Dublin, GA area (or beyond because it would be worth going out of your way). The dealership is full of people of integrity and who know how to put the customer first and understand what customer service is all about! The only downside is they are a little too far from Atlanta to service our vehicles regularly. Thanks again to Jimmy Britt and everyone that helped us and left us leaving being thankful for the opportunity to have met them all! Too bad I can’t give them 10 stars (5 was the max) because they deserve it! More

They fixed my car about a month ago and it started with another issue. Come to find out it was an issue they caused. They towed my car from my home to the dealership and inspected the vehicle and found the another issue. Come to find out it was an issue they caused.
