Hello! I'm Mitch and my nickname is "Rod". I was born here in Fort Wayne and have lived here for 23 years. I attended Homestead highschool and I came to work for O'Daniel in February 2022. I wanted to work here because I have a passion for cars as well as all of the positive things I've heard about O'Daniel. In my free time I enjoy relaxing at the lake with family, golfing with friends, bowling and smoking food on my Traeger. I pride myself in my time management, honesty and making sure every customer I meet leaves with a positive experience here at O'Daniel.

Mitch helped me with my first ever site unseen car purchase. Not something that I ever thought about doing, but he made it a very easy and stress free. Best buying experience in my 40+ years purchasing cars I started having mobility issues, and planned to only stop by Audi Ft Wayne to see if a Q5 they had would be easier for me to get in and out of than my started having mobility issues, and planned to only stop by Audi Ft Wayne to see if a Q5 they had would be easier for me to get in and out of than my Lexus. Mitch met me at the door, listened to my request, and immediately pulled the car up to the door for me to try out. After I found that it was much easier to access, Mitch casually asked if I’d like to take it out. He did a great job selecting various routes, and he was a good conservationist as I drove, pointing out various features. Of course, the drive hooked me. When we got back to the showroom, we talked numbers, and he emphasized how open and transparent they were with pricing. Mitch was professional and relaxed the entire time. Never was there any pressure from him or anyone else during the buying process. The laid-back atmosphere of the entire place is wonderful, and it really was the best and easiest buying experience I’ve had. Mitch was very knowledgeable about my vehicle, and cars in general. He is an excellent salesman with a great personality; I would highly recommend him to anyone. More
