We spent several hours searching for the perfect car for our family and my small business. Mitch listened to our needs and steered us in the right direction. He even humored our 2 teenage boys! And he was patient as we tested car after car to pick the right one. Raul, the financial manager, was very personable and made us feel very welcome and appreciated! The real WOW factor for us was that we decided to swap cars a few days after we bought our new car. We decided that the color wasn't quite right for us. Mitch and Raul made this transaction easy and comfortable. We were truly blown away by their 1st rate customer service! Many, many thanks to Mitch and Raul! We will definitely recommend Luther Nissan Kia to our friends and family. More

Mitch Wieland then helped us find the perfect car and started the paperwork process. Jamie Groth then was super friendly in making sure all the paperwork was signed and answered all the rest of the questions we had. Fabulous team at Luther Nissan. More

(Cadalliac converter needs to be replaced) we came back on Tuesday, and Mike helped us get our car- he was very nice and down to earth. So finding our car was a great experience and these guys deserve a pat on the back. HOWEVER we decided that we wanted to get a loan through the dealership- and the first time RYAN ANDERSON came out he must have thought that these are two 24 year olds let's see if I can't screw them over. It took 2 hours for him to tell me my payment wAs going to be way higher than what I said was our top payment a month. We had a nice chunk of change for a down payment he said I couldn't use it only $1,000 and then I said I was going to just go through my bank and he said YA this isn't my first time doing this, you know I've done this before, he snatched papers out of my hand after I signed something and he walked away and sighed "woo" and shook his head. Every time I mentioned about what my loan officer said at my bank he completely disregarded me and only cared about his words, and him to get the deal- he said "it doesn't matter where you go the price of the payment will be that no matter what because the price of the car" and I said no I just got done talking to my loan officer and she said I can out my full DP down and my Payments will be very low" he kept arguing. Needless to say Ryan made our experience so terrible with buying a car we stopped and went directly to my bank and put all our DP down, and the bank made up for such a horse crap job that Ryan did. He gave me so much attitude, what happened to the costumer is always right? Whenever I asked or said anything he did it in poor detail, and he gave me attitude like I was a stupid kid. I won't forget "yeah this isn't my first Car loan, I've done it before" "this is my job I do it every day" "woooo" as he was walking away and Shaking his head. Just treating us like 5 year olds and not explaining anything. ?? More
