Not to blame anyone, but I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Also asked to check my read door opener. I was told when I got there that I could get a maintenance agreement, but when taken over to get that done with another associate, nobody was there, so I was told I would have to pay full amount for this oil change unless I could find the associate (which I had no idea who to look for). So I decided to take my oil change business elsewhere. As I drove off I noticed that the associate did not close and lock the engine hood. It was moving around as I drove down the road. Fortunately I realized it was not fastened properly and pulled over to shut it. I'm not complaining. In previous oil changes everything was fine. I am only letting you know so that perhaps your team can work on these minor matters. More
