Patient and Courteous The entire process moved along nicely. I felt like my time was respected and that every effort was made for me to feel comfortable and informed. The entire process moved along nicely. I felt like my time was respected and that every effort was made for me to feel comfortable and informed. Mo did a great job explaining the features of the car with just enough information at one time so I didn't feel overwhelmed. I also appreciated him being easily available by phone when I got home to answer new questions. He helped me out again when I returned the next day with the car title. Jeffrey made the Finance Process smooth and understandable. They worked well together as a team. More

I have had nothing but positive experiences here! Steve Bullock has always given me the best of service, and made this fearful of repair shops single woman comfortable each time! I attempted to give Steve reviews on two prior visits, but was never able to, so please accept this as three reviews of excellent! I was also pleased and impressed with Daniel who initially reached out to me about coming in for service. The remodel of the area was very nicely done. The free coffee in the waiting area was quite good,and I have even forgiven the empty pastry case! Note... When completing this review, the sales department also popped up, so I did also rate Moe, as he initially sold me my car, and I consider him a friend forever, though I did not see him at this visit. I was unable to remove the sales department section from this review. More

I received honest feedback about the options I'm considering. There was no pressure from him or the finance manager Jason. I brought my mother with me and we ended up getting two cars on the same day. It was a long day at the dealership, but it was a very pleasant one. We are very happy and excited about the purchases. Excellent care of my vehicle Mike King in Service took excellent care of my vehicle, doing the oil change and tire rotation I requested as well as the recall repairs. He had the Mike King in Service took excellent care of my vehicle, doing the oil change and tire rotation I requested as well as the recall repairs. He had the drivers side rear seat put pack as I requested, and advised me of possible issues I may need to have taken care of in the near future. Mo Babul in Sales was kind enough to show me the improvements in the new Honda Odysseys while I was waiting. I appreciated the shuttle to the mall while my vehicle was being serviced. The drivers were kind and prompt. More
