Wonderful people who want to help you! Was greeted by a very nice woman who got me set up - mass confusion I parking lot when I pulled in due to construction but all worked out. Sat for a full two hours waiting on my car to have its first check up - two hours seems a bit much for rotating tires and checking fluids. I had an 8am appointment thinking I could get through it quickly but I guess not. Just as I was going to get up to see where my car was, the woman came to get me. She was so sweet, I couldn’t be mad! Still seemed like a long time to wait when I had an appointment and my car hadn’t even hit 5k miles! I can not remember the woman’s name but she was great!! More

Outstanding Auto Service I could not believe that I got an appointment on the weekend before the 4th of July. I made my 11 a.m. appointment in time and told the Service Advisor, Matt Arsenault that I was in a hurry, he got me in and out for my 10,000-mile service on my 2017 Toyota iM. I worked on my laptop while having a great coffee and muffin. Matt is the fastest greatest service advisor I have ever seen. I have had Toyotas sine 2000 and I will never switch. I am certain that George Albrect jr is proud to have such good staff because that is why I keep coming back.
