Mo greeted us at the door and was very professional and helpful, even though I told him that I was just gathering information and didn't plan to buy that day. During the following week, we visited several area dealerships that sell other than Toyota vehicles, then I phoned Mo to make an appointment about a week after our initial meeting. He was informative and patient, making a dreaded car buying experience pleasant. I hope never to have to shop for a car again, but, if I must, I'll phone Mo. Hank, too, was professional, helpful, informative, and patient. More

not even bother to look about what i asked to fix i went for pil change and told the maintenance guy that the glovebox bottom has fallen and need to be fixed he said he fiz it and i asked him twice i went for pil change and told the maintenance guy that the glovebox bottom has fallen and need to be fixed he said he fiz it and i asked him twice and he said he done it and when i left ans got home i check it it's the same he didn't even touch it and it was to late to comeback and i don't have time to schedule another appointment so i had to drive it like that so frustrating More

The salesman, Mo Naim, took care that all my requirements were met. The building and parking lot are very congested during the present construction, but people worked around it. I have been buying Toyotas from then for over 20 years now. Hopefully after construction is over I can give them 5 stars. More
