He was informative and walked me through all the steps and made trading in my car a snap with no hiccups what so ever. The trade value that they gave me was above industry standard and very fair, even with the damage I had to my trade in. Thank you to Tim for that. That is why I chose to buy from Rob and E CarOne. They made the buying process very simple, down to signing the paperwork with Ozzie. He was patient and answered any questions I had. I was out in less than 30 minutes. Showroom experience is great but the purchase experience itself was poor. Salesman had very poor communication skills and didn't describe the process well. We had to wait a couple of hours for the car to be released because of their finance process. It has never taken me more than 30 minutes to complete the paperwork for a car purchase before but this was hours. More

I bought a car here over the weekend and was beyond happy with their service! I found E-Car One via cars.com and was a little hesitant since they're not your traditional Ford/Chevy/etc dealership. We were not pressured into anything and I really appreciate the "no hassle" sales. Since they mostly deal with luxury cars (we bought a Jeep from there) we got the best deal for our BMW trade in. Rocky and the team were very helpful and worked with us to get the best deal possible for financing as well. These guys were great and I would highly recommend them! It was an incredibly painless process! More

I called ahead to schedule a time to test drive a few different cars I had in mind. The next day I showed up 20 minutes early and Rocky already had the cars lined up for me, he let me take them out on my different cars I had in mind. When it came to Finance, Ozzie was a genuine guy to deal with. He even beat my own banks interest rates! The car was ready for me the same day and I am loving my 7 series. I've recommended these guys to family, friends and strangers alike. I will be back to purchase my next vehicle from Rocky and Ozzie as they have changed my views on how dealerships should and could operate... Many dealerships should start taking notes from these guys. Well done! More

I came to ecarone on saturday and was amazed at the amount of cars that they had in inventory.
