Very disappointed in my used car purchase I purchased a 2008 Toyota 4Runner from Capistrano Mazda. I was told that my trade (2012 Camry) was worth less than the KBB trade-in value because par I purchased a 2008 Toyota 4Runner from Capistrano Mazda. I was told that my trade (2012 Camry) was worth less than the KBB trade-in value because parts of it had been repainted which I doubt. I was also told that they would check to see if there was an additional key besides the valet key that we used to test drive the 4Runner. After the sale was complete I was told there was no other key which I think they probably knew from the start. The keys with the remote are very expensive ($300) and had I known that I would have to buy one I would have asked for a discount on the purchase price of the car. Who sells a car with only a valet key? On my way home I noticed there was a strange noise inside the dash which could be heard every couple of minutes. I also noticed half of the lights in the instrument panel were burned out and needed to be replaced. Finally when I get the car home I noticed the front driver side quarter panel had been repainted which I found ironic because of what they said about my Camry being repainted. I wanted to like this dealer but after giving them a try and the benefit of the doubt I feel like they are more interested in their bottom line than customer satisfaction. More

first visit to capo mazda ive always gone to phillips mazda for service of my mazda miata... but im following fredy campos where ever he goes... i feel he is trust worthy and ive always gone to phillips mazda for service of my mazda miata... but im following fredy campos where ever he goes... i feel he is trust worthy and honest... went this morning for my oil change... in and out of mazda in about 40 minutes...oil change and full inspection... so far so good with capo mazda... oh...also looked at the new miatas... : ) moe is great...tempting...but as long as fredy can take care of my little princess miata im keeping her... everyone there is happy and friendly...i like that... More
