Amazing and pressure free experience! Our first encounter with Prestige Motors was late at night, when Heather from the company quickly responded to my text inquiry about a certain car I s Our first encounter with Prestige Motors was late at night, when Heather from the company quickly responded to my text inquiry about a certain car I saw on the internet. She was so kind and answered all my questions, ensuring that the car was still available. (So many times a car I was looking for was "unfortunately just sold" which was so frustrating.) I told her we'd drive up from Wenatchee the next morning. When I texted her to tell her we were on our way at 6:30 the following morning she promptly gave us the address and wished us "safe travels and see you soon". At 6:30 in the morning!!! Once we got there, Heather was there with a hug and introduced us to Moe, a very low key, no pressure salesman. He worked hard for us to make sure the car of our dreams became a reality and made the entire process happen within a few hours. And to make the deal even sweeter, we won the 55" TV! What a great early Christmas present! We've never bought a car at a "used car lot" and we were apprehensive at first. But looking at the car, seeing how meticulously spotless it was, knowing their skilled mechanics went through the car inside and out, and seeing their willingness to make sure we were nothing but thrilled to buy a car from them including ordering a missing cargo cover for us, free of charge, well we were totally impressed.
