My wife and I had already given another dealership the go ahead for a Highlander when I came across a better deal on a Highlander that had more options at Pat Lobb. Yaela made the whole experience easy, informative and overall one of the best deals we have ever purchased. I called the other dealership and cancelled the purchase to buy from Pat Lobb due to her knowledge. In fact, everyone we spoke or dealt with had the best attitude and you could tell that they loved their job. I had an appointment on Saturday 12. 13.25 at 8 am. Joel Casper was my Service Advisor but he would not put my car on a lift to see what exactly was rattling up under it. He stated that he knew for a fact that they didn't have any parts for my make of car. Well, I bought the car from Pat Lobb Toyota but he just told me to go to a dealership that makes Mazda's. I couldn't believe he wouldn't even check to figure out the damage and order the part. Then Joel Casper told someone to give me the address to a dealership down the road. When I told the other dealership what happened, they fit me in right away and ordered the damaged part. I pre-paid for everything and was told they will call me to make an appointment once it arrives. Why couldn't Pat Lobb do that? More
