We purchased this vehicle for my wife. I wish I could rate higher, but when I'm lied to consecutively, I cannot. I reached out via email about my frustration, but was ignored twice (after the sale), so I will mention it here. During our conversations, I mentioned I wanted more for our 4runner because of the terrible offer, you said you "won't be selling it for more than $xx because of the market and repairs needed". You sold it for significantly more than you said you couldn't, very quickly. You said you had to spend at least $3-4k fixing the small ding on the door and replacing the windshield. Right before you sold it, 2 people at the store said you didn't fix or replace either, but you replaced the battery and 1 tire and sold it with the "$3-4k that needed repairs". You and Moe lied to my face and didn't do what you said you were going to do. Profit over people. You can reach out to me if you want to make it right, before I do the other survey. More

Very displeased with my 2 visits in a 8 day period. First visit was for plugs and wires to be replaced and the coolant. Next visit was for 2 recalls to be done. On the first visit everything on the ins First visit was for plugs and wires to be replaced and the coolant. Next visit was for 2 recalls to be done. On the first visit everything on the inspection was green and great. Except they said the back brakes were at 30% and front at 70%.When we got the car home and started it the next day it was making a rattling noise so on the 2nd visit we mentioned that it had a noise. They said they would check it out. Charged us 195$ to check it out and then tried to tell us we needed a new water pump and new alternator and the back brakes were now at 20% and the front at 30% and we needed new brakes front and bad with new rotors and all for a total of over 5000. And the hvac system needed flushed and 2 filters needed changed and also said fluids were leaking underneath. We will never be back. And we have purchased 3 different Toyotas from here,my Dad also would buy a new Toyota every couple years as my daughter and son in law have purchased a pickup from there. Service department used to be great but not now they just want to spend your money. Seems weird that in one week the inspection could go from the back brakes needing replaced to 8 other things needing repaired and leaking fluids and dirty filters. Our car is garaged all the time. Would not recommend this service department they are not trustworthy. More
