Mr. Mayassi, Mr. Cahoon, and Ms. Massenburg remained AFTER hours to complete my paperwork for a new lease renewal. I returned on New Year's Day to pick up my car, and again, Mr. Mayassi remained AFTER hours to provide a complete and unhurried overview of my new vehicle. I certainly appreciated the professional service of all! I felt that Mr. Mayassi should be specifically noted for his patience!!! He left me alone in his office to think through the financial aspect of my lease renewal. I appreciated this kind gesture more than I can express in words. Also, he was NOT an overbearing salesperson. All the personnel were friendly at CB Lexus. Mohamad listened to what we were looking for to replace our 2010 Lexus. When we returned the next day, he showed us numerous Lexus ES 350’s that were available at the dealer’s lot and also what could be ordered. We feel he gave us a fair and reasonable trade-in value for our 2010 Lexus. He was thorough, and courteous at all times. At no time did we feel hurried nor pressured to buy.
